FOOD PYRAMID
Let´s remember:
- Carbohydrates: they give us energy and contain fibre which is good for our digestive system (bread, cereals, potatoes).
- Vitamins and minerals: they keep us healthy and help us grow (fruits and vegetables).
- Calcium: it is good for our bones and teeth (dairy products: milk, cheese, yogurt)
- Proteins: they make our nuscles strong and help us grow (meat, fish, eggs)
- Fats: they help our nervous system (healthy fats: olive oil, avocado).
