ENGLISH: Going to

We use "going to" to speak about the future.

It can be a prediction based on a fact:
If it  is really cloudy, you can say:  "It's going to rain"
If you leave an ice cream out of the freezer, you can say "It is going to melt"


You can also talk about a future plan:
We are going to walk tomorrow.
She is going to buy a new pair of shoes next week.
